California Storm Damage 2023

Footage from around Santa Cruz county after our strong winter storms. From West Cliff Drive to Watsonville. While not necessarily as intense as the storms during the winter of 1982, rainfall totals have met or exceeded that year. The damage is comparable. This makes it our most destructive winter in 40 years.
