Mainly muscle ups, I never train them so they took so much of my strength in this round and in the round before. It's something to work on for the future ! 💪🏽

@@bruno_zgelayoure right, the whole pullup section with a MU at the end looks brutal, and the only bit you really stalled on was the MU at the end. Whats your plan with muscleups i the future.

Pullups and muscle ups should be done unbroken, but if you let go of the bar after finishing all the pullups, you get a 30 sec penalty.

ne razumijem zasto su dobili penalty, ovaj jaime se cimao malo na kraju zgibova

Nije zbog cima. Pravilo je bilo da ukoliko se pusti sipka prije ruskih, ali nakon sto se svi zgibovi naprave, dobije se penalty od 30 sekundi. Da smo pustili sipku prije nego smo dovrsili sve zgibove, morali bi ponovo raditi zgibove od 0. 👊🏼
