it would be really nice if you would be able to do a follow along of the warm ups! i find it helps get through the mental dread of the warm up and i actually end up doing it

If you check on my channel, I have a video for the warm-up I used to do a few months back. Is this what you are meaning or something new?

Hey is that tattoo from the wolf guy in Twilight? Kinda crazy to see guys get them unironically hahah, no hate though!

All good man. No it is this symbol that I always used to draw in my books in school and then it ended up taking a more personal reminder for me, of trying to become a better, stronger and kinder person every day.

Very helpful. How could one integrate calisthenics with traditional resistance (weight) training, being a beginner?
@nathanthomaspt13 күн бұрын
I am glad. There are two main ways you could do this. Either with weighted calisthenics, which is one of the things in my program. Or by either doing your compound movements as calisthenics and your isolation work with traditional weights and dumbells, that or the other way around.

I think I didn't do enough warmup (only did like wrist, shoulder stretches and hamstring stretches) and got costochondritis or some shit. The front of my chest hurt when my chest moves and then it spread to my back so I haven't been working out for a week. So yeah do your warmups lol

I would never self diagnose yourself as you never will properly know what is going on, always better to get it professional looked at. Also, the warm up included more than what you pointed out, so make sure to do it all in the future, and if any injury was really caused, it could have also been due to incorrect form of your exercises not necessarily just the lack of a proper warm-up.
