Great video my friend, I was literally upset because of my injury and left training for about two weeks, but now I'm going back and reducing my intensity as well, thanks a lot ❤

Great video. This is the part of the journey nobody wants to hear. I've different pains, mostly cervical and back pain (it feels like tingling and throbbing), and recently my right elbow. I suppose the first is due to the abuse (and bad technique) doing pull-ups, also my refusal to warm up properly. I'm considering re-starting again calisthenics, with other mind and being less rushed... This is all learning, not to discard the discipline altogether.

how did you recover from the snapping ulnar nerve ? 2:49
@Huange._.2 ай бұрын
I adjusted my technique, lowered the intensity (less ego lifting), did some nerve flossing. It never really went away but it's less frequent/less of an issue now

i have shoulder pain while doing overhead pressing moves such as isometric planche training, pike push-ups, pseudo planche push ups, headstands what would you recommend? i think its in my front delt or deeper, like a tendon it's attached to
@Huange._. Жыл бұрын
I can't give a specific recommendation, but it might be wise to dial back the intensity to a point where the injury doesn't get aggravated by your training. Also make sure do figure out a rehab routine that works for you

How long did it take to do pull ups after being diagnosed with golfer's elbow?

i didn't get diagnosed, but I could do them even w/ the elbow pain. It just hurt

hey man, my wrist is kind of injured for a month and yesterday after doing muscle up the pain was really bad, you have tips for treating my wrist? thanks in advance.
@Huange._.17 күн бұрын
maybe try wrist wraps when doing intense exercises, work on rehab, and lower your training intensity or find less painful exercises

Thank you man, i recently had a bit of lower elbow pain by doing many sets of pull ups, iam new to calisthenics and almost close 2 months of training, thankfully it seems that the pain will get away in like 2 more days. Is there anything more i should be aware, if it doesnt hurt does that mean is ok to go/completely healed??
@Huange._.3 ай бұрын
I would do some activation exercises for the affected area as part of a warm-up/cool-down routine. It's important to remember that the most predictive factor of a future injury is a previous injury so take time to warm up, stretch, etc. If you can train without making the pain worse, then do so mindfully.

Hello Huange! Did prehabing your forearms help with the ulnar nerve snapping? I’ve been fighting with nerve pain for the last 1 and a half year and got a thoracic outlet diagnosis, but I also struggle with forearm weakness (so maybe I could try conditioning them). Thanks for sharing your experience!
@Huange._. Жыл бұрын
hi it might’ve helped. I basically relearned the technique on pushing exercises and reduced the intensity of my training. I still get tricep snapping when training bent arm push exercises but it doesn’t hurt, just uncomfortable.
@Huange._. Жыл бұрын
good luck with your journey! it’s usually a good idea to strengthen the muscles surrounding an injured area, so feel free to try it out :) but definitely be mindful of what kinds of movements aggravate your nerve pain, and see if it’s possible to increase function and reduce pain in those movements
@gurrumendibarloin3298 Жыл бұрын
@@Huange._. thanks, I will keep experimenting with low intensities. I found excessive depression when doing bent arm work agravates it, so scapula movement becomes tricky. Good luck to you too!
