I remember when I first saw this video. At the time I thought I was able to do 60 push-ups, turns out I could only do 27 perfect ones. This really made a difference in my training and I started doing everything a lot more seriously. Thanks a lot for this video calisthenicsmovement!

I love your through explanation of how to execute different types of push-ups. I love how you demonstrated the wrong posture and how to correct it. I highly recommend this video and can’t wait to do quality push-ups from now on.
