Calisthenics Workout and Family Line Humor

Occasionally Peanut will workout with me, I love teaching her about strength and how defend herself too, especially against boys. This workout I was showing her, again, the best way to punch and kick.
In this video you'll see peanut and I joking about my son Conans song Family Line, I think it's a great song btw. I know Family Line means a lot to his fans but me and my kids have to joke about it because of all the stupid and hateful messages I get. I just have to laugh, because it's not about me.
