I went through the same shit with my laptop from bestbuy. Wouldn't give me a new one, or refund my money when screws starting falling off the bottom panel because it was badly made. Complained and call the manager out, make a scene and the store cannot avoid you as you are making raising suspicion to other customers. Effective and and got a new laptop.
