There's also an optional objective in "Desperate Measures" called "Loose Ends". You only get it if you spared Lukas Richter. The optional objective is to kill him.

A quick note for 10:00 there are 4 ways to get the bunker keycard, if you chose opinion A(for example) then the watch will spawn in the area where you need to pick it up In this case he chose the prisoner route, and he had to get the file, so the watch spawned in the area with the file

Hmm that means it coincides with the how you choose to proceed with the mission.So for me I chose to keep the keycard with the general he trusts,kill the cameras,talk to the prisoner,get evidence on the prisoner to extort him and that’s the room that the evidence is in.

No Nothing like that.Some people have said that the Intel changes spots and can be in found in a grate in the living room.So you’d probably have to get her out of the way.

i think it has multiple locations. the location i found was as soon as you enter the living room there’s a vent you can open to find it.

The evidence I show in the video are either optional or missable.If your missing one it’s usually given to you when you complete the chapter as majority of the evidence is given when the story progresses.

So for that one you have to follow a certain pathing my choices were.Give the key card to the general he trusts most,cut the camera feed,talk to the prisoner,then when your trying to find info to persuade the prisoner it’s in that room.

Someone else mentioned that.I think it has to do with which path you choose to take.I chose to keep the key with the general he trusts,cut the power to the cameras,talk to the prisoner to extort him and when you go to find info on the prisoner,it’s in that room.You should be able to level select and still get it.

The Intel/evidence in the video is for all the ones that are missable.The rest of the Intel is given to you through finishing the missions and natural story progression.

I’m not sure if it impacts the evidence ,but when you read the dossier file first before talking to him.You find out he’s been giving intel to the enemy and it unlocks the option to confront him about it and in the war room it’s says on the board when you look at it that he gave evidence and needed to be Eliminated,that he was a loose end.I mean you can keep him alive and still read the evidence and see if it impacts different,but that’s just how I played it out.
