Considering Remus is 'bad' and Roman is 'good' I think Patton is the reason King Creativity split. It's probably wasn't even on purpose, considering it happened when Thomas was a child and so was Patton but he is still the reason the twins aren't more friendly. Roman was taken to the Light sides and fed constant rhetoric about which ideas are 'good' and which are 'bad', having the unfortunate side effect of also having that mentality forced onto both him and his twin. So Roman pretends to hate Remus despite the fact that they are so, so similar. They speak similarly, they act similarly, Roman even has ideas that would probably suit Remus more because Roman is not perfect. He is twins with Remus and that isn't nothing. But, because Patton still thinks that Roman's ideas have to be pure, Roman is terrified of being compared to Remus because what would that say about him? So what do we get in the end? Roman being crushed under all the expectations to be perfect whilst suppressing his more risqué ideas. And Remus alone in the Dark Side without his brother and unable to contribute ideas more effectively because of Patton. I'm not blaming Patton but our Punny Dad needs to pull his head out of his ass and realise Roman and Remus need to reconcile.
