The hybrids interest me. I currently play a G410 4h lofted 1 degree weaker at 23 degrees. On course the ball flight is a little flatter than I would like and it does have a tendency to hang left - although that is probably my fault not the club's. The other problem is that the G410 does have a hot shot in it where it will go 7-10 yards too far. The standard model hybrid could be ideal if I can have one lofted at 24 or 25 degrees. I do need the ability to play the knock down shot, and the ability to fade it, not that I am any good at that (more practice needed!). What I crave from a hybrid is control when the ball lands on the green. My G410 is not that good at that, at least not in my hands, but the Callaway standard seems to have a bit more back spin in it Would be interesting to see a hybrid test between Callaway, Cobra and Ping G430

I don't know about the performance yet, but the Elyte irons sure do look pretty darn good for a GI iron

So there is no hybrid for a player who wants forgiveness and tends to hook/miss left. Man Cobra nailed it with the SD Adapt this year.

Higher handicapped players aren't hitting these as far as Ian. So how are these really helping those that swing way less than Ian?

True story...worked for Shit Overpriced Club Champion for years....one day, after being bought by venture capilist firm, the recruiter (overweight non Golfer) told us "he was searching for used car salesman to hire". Just a thought before you shell out 1200 for a ln overpriced driver from an idiot off the carlot.
