"If you have integrity, nothing else matters, If you don't have integrity , nothing else matters." Ian, I love that you had a crappy round and still kept filming. We have all been there. Class act, sir.

I play TP5x. It is getting cold in New York now. I'm thinking that the Tour Response with its lower compression would be a better choice for cold weather golf.

My biggest hate about everything golf for a long time is the cost of virtually everything. It's nice to see you guys reviewing all the latest and greatest, but what's the point when 95 % of golfers can't afford it !!!!!

"The Glasgow Ranger". Love it, Fraz! My great uncle was a legend for them. They called him the Prime Minister. Ian McMillan. We can chat more when I come for a fitting next year.

Well I'm certainly looking forward to it. I just bought a 5 through pitching wedge from club champion the hl model with a Mitsubishi vanquish shaft. My stores in San Carlos and Josh did a phenomenal job with me. I'm so looking forward to it. I'll keep you guys apprised

ahhhh so that's my problem. When the driver goes it all goes. So if the driver never show up nothing else shows up either... I now know why!

You guys are always awesome. I have watched for years. I am disappointed you are club champion now because I had issues at a club champion with a bunch of the things you say to watch out for ( such as asking about the type of ball used). Drove 2.5 hrs for full bag fitting one way to be told they only had a select few of the clubs to choose from ( should have been told ahead of time and would come back later). Then, I did not even do putter fitting. Not your fault and years ago ,just ranting 😂😂. I don't see you as a club champion you seem way more educated and at a higher level. Keep up the great work you always rock 👊👊. I would have no issues making a trip to canada next fitting 😂. For those that have not had a true fitting, it does make a difference. Just do your home work before choosing a fitter. Go see these guys 😁.

Great video and always been a huge fan of Furyk, but I have to ask "Why would you have your best putter going first?"

So fun to watch, way to keep it together on a rough day, so frustrating when it all leaves you when playing with a new person.

Love how Furyk openly chats about his equipment. Great round. Had to be a blast!

He was brilliant to talk to about his equipment, we had so many great conversations off camera too.

ian should use this to fix his poor driving since the adapter is so revolutionary that would mean ian would be hitting his driver straight 100% of the time seems like a no brain option. would be wondering why he would not use the new revoutionary adapter

I really appreciate that Jim went out of his way to talk gear tech with you and for the sake of the audience. I wish every one of these went like that.
@clubchampionmediaКүн бұрын
I don’t think it was for the sake of the audience, he just genuinely enjoys talking about equipment.

@@clubchampionmedia I think that's even cooler that he's that into it. I loved seeing the X Forged still in his bag and him not feeling like he needs to always have the newest OEM stuff.

Fabulous 18 holes of golf and conversation and really well edited. As ugly as Jim's swing has always been at transition, he just drops it right on plane and makes perfect contact. Excellent choice to play a scramble - I think Jim would have won 7&6.

best thing for ian to do is to take his driver to the driving range hitting 500 balls per week until he gets his driver straight spending 1000 hours in the simulator getting 1000 hours of lessons has done nothing for him

My concern is that some golfers are tweakers and this opens them up tweaking their driver on every other teebox. These adjustments should be done by your fitter not by the player as most players are not fitters even though they think they are.

Such a great course. I had the pleasure playing it quite a few times unfortunately not since the renovation. They did an amazing job with it. The par 3 on the front I fish in those creek Pablo and Cabbage Creek. Years ago I found a 7 iron way out in the creek in the marsh someone must have gotten made about the shot they hit 😂PGA should hold events but unfortunately no parking around for it. I would have liked to meet up with you boys while you were in town, maybe next time.
