Great video Dan. So good to see you both facing the kind of winter shots that us mere mortal golfers face every time we play. Really challenging conditions; winter is hardest of all of course: mud, leaves, wet grass, cold air - and no 'preferred lies' or 'winter rules' I notice! Great to hear your analysis of each shot too, really helpful to get the thought process of someone who knows what they're doing! Some great shots from both of you. Great fun round in winter conditions - thanks for sharing your experience guys. This course is a real test of pitching and short irons because the greens are tiny with trees and shrubs often close to prevent normal chipping. You can't see here but the 5th is so narrow between those massive trees, esp when they have leaves. It is quite cheap to play and with only 9-holes, you play off different tees for the 10th-18th so different shots needed. You can be very straight with all your tee shots but judging length is absolutely key to avoid trouble. We both love and dread playing our society Par 3 comp here every year! Will Warnock sharing your release tips was nice too.

Grew up playing this course. Rick the owner is a top man. He constantly improving the course and its a real tough test. The pro’s rarely go low over 18 holes on this little track

Wow yet again an amazing insight into how a pro thinks his way around a course. Been to this course a few times to watch the Farm foods comp so easy to relate to it. One of my favourites great tricky Course and a great owner. I called it on every Hole, last time I played I stiffed my shot on the 3rd within 8 inches. It plays much harder in the Summer Months. A Tour Pro hit the water twice on the 9th which plays as the 7th when the Farm Foods is on and the 7th plays as the 9th in front of the Grandstand. Great short game practice

More courses need to have these par 3 courses. They are tricky and good golfers can be tested. Birdies are hard when you miss your first shot which you have proven in this video. Love the content Dan. One of the best par 3 courses is at Northforeland GC in Kent imo

Good play in those conditions. We don't get conditions like that here in Hawaii, but I did play once, years ago in New Zealand during May, which was similar. I always seem to pull my shots to the left when playing those "soft" 3/4 wedges, similar to what happened to the two of you on a few holes. I think it's because my lower body stops rotating during the swing, and my upper body speeds thru. Any thoughts on correction drills? 👍🏽😁🏌️‍♂️⛳️

Great comment Aiden. Suggest you watch one of the other "edited" you tubers if all you want to see is low scores and straight shots. Learning and getting better is all about adapting and being able to recover your shots to get up and down. Unless of course you are a Pro yourself, you'd know that anyway.
