Actually, freedom of speech is a constitutional right. The number is public so a person has the right to speak and voice opinions freely. You use a public forum so people are allowed to express opinions. You back traced a phone number and performed a background check. Called the caller and presented the information. You became the threat. He voiced opinion but did not make any threats. There is no doubt he was wrong but you are not law enforcement. In my humble opinion. Did it concern business? No. End the conversation politely. Block the phone number. If he calls back and continues. Now it turns into something else. Harassment. The biggest part. You posted it on KZbin. Which is considered an entertainment platform and not social media.
