LOL. The main cause of the unnecessary anxieties in his life is his lifestyle. He cannot tackle this with such shallow techniques. It's like trying to close the leaks in a tank with a tape. You leave a Islamic lifestyle (or at least a conservative lifestyle in any other society/religion), you have to face such issues.

So many were upset when he left the band. Majority of those didn't realize how much his anxiety was weighing on him. As hard as it was for him, it was the best thing he did. He needed to do it for his mental health! That's what should be priority to most!!

Met Zayn in 2013. I have goosebumps hearing him speak again in a interview. When I met him, I immediately knew he has a such pure good heart. He had an ED at that time, wasn’t lookin good but he still gave me a whole smile & talked with me even tho he was going through a lot of stuff. I always will admire Zayn and always had big love for him even in the 1D days but now even more, since we didn’t heard from him in years. I really hope he will go on tour, so I can met him again.

I can’t describe how proud I am of him. He looks so healthy and happy and relaxed. Sure, it was sad to see he left the band, but it was for his own mental health, and all the boys were stuck in such a toxic environment with their management and modest. But I’m so proud of him for getting through all of it and so so happy that he’s so comfortable with expressing himself. As someone with anxiety, hearing Zayn talk about how he’s overcoming it is really assuring and I look up to him for that.
