Callie. I’ve had over 20 abdominal/bowel operations. Can you show/explain how to build to the lying to sitting with legs in front. Even for me with bent legs I can’t go from lying to sitting. I need to know how to break it down even further to build to be able to roll up from lying flat to sitting.

I haven't had any operations and I can't do it either regardless of modification, I think it's just because we have weak cores. One thing that does help me is putting something heavy on my feet or putting them under some kind of furniture in addition to bending legs.
