Take your shoes off, we are doing pilates! ♥︎ I created this pilates inspired booty workout for us which contains a lot of new exercises - in case you are bored of the usual booty exercises. :) We will perform all exercises on the floor, no squats and no jumps. Low impact and knee-friendly, slow, but strong! Please do the exercises slow and controlled.
▪️ Intensity: Intense
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.

I’ve been doing Pilates for 6 months and you just taught me 3 more exercises I’ve never seen. That donkey kick cross is a burner. Loved this!

i’ve been doing this workout for a week straight! (did take a one day off break) ive been doing it mainly to gain more confidence in my strength so i can do more weight focused workouts at the gym! sofar i’ve felt stronger and the burn at the end is great!

Im not too long doing pilatess, I was searching for such an amazing, hard and interesting one !! so sweaty and like a game when you are just interested HOW you should do it (not HOW HARD is it and how much your muscles are hurting)

1st day- it was hard to get all the workouts in the correct posture, but once i figured it out i could feel the burn. Took some break for leg hold!

HER VİDEONU ÇOK SEVEREK İZLİYORUM. Ama en sevdiğim video kesinlikle bu. hareketler hem herkesin yapabileceği tarzda hemde tam bacak ve kalça odaklı. gerçekten çok iyi. bravo eylem her anlamda ilham kaynağısın.. Gerçekten çok seviyorum seni. Neden bilmiyorum sanki idolüm gibi hissediyorum seni, sanki senin gibi olmalıymışım gibi geliyor. Bir şeyde eksik hissettiğimde senin bloğuna yada instagramına bakıyorum ve her seferinde kendime yakın bir şey buluyorum. Sayende geçen yıl yılbaşında yaptığımız isteklerimiz beklentilerimiz listesinin hepsini gerçekleştirdim ve şuan geçen yıl şuan ki Canselin olacağı yer aklımın ucundan bile geçmezdi. Fakat burdayım. Emin ol yaşadığın hayatı seninle birlikte yaşıyoruz. Teşekkürler.. Yürekten teşekkürler :)

Çok etkili bir workout bayıldım, kaslarınızın zorlandığını gerçekten hissediyorsunuz. 1.5-1.5 bilek ağırlığı ile çalışıyorum haftalık visible abs programı ile, 1 haftada kalçada +2.5 cm fark etti 🍑♥️ harikasın Eylem 🎉💓
