That was a great episode and I enjoyed watching it, makes me want to head to Alaska as soon as I can, it’s definitely on my bucket list. I appreciate Mr. Jim for his knowledge of his surroundings and of the Sitka Blacktail, there’s no one else I’d rather spend my time with!

Wolves, black bears, humans (native Alaskans have hunted deer 10k years) other islands in SE AK have brown bears.

@@g-man2228some southeast communities are in fact brown bear country. Sitka and Hoonah are most definitely populated with brown bears.
