That was really impressive. When my Dad was alive a few of us went a couple of times off New Quay on the boats - I caught a Skate but mostly Dogfish! I threw them all back though - I'm too soft to kill anything now haha!! I did catch a few freshwater Trout though on a friend's farm years ago which I kept as I was a bit poorer then lol :P

That's a belter to bag at that age! I've fished for 30years and havnt hot many fish like that! Maybe I need to join the Teifi😏🎣

Fantastic, he will remember that for the rest of his life! He didn't want to keep that rod up though, my heart was in my mouth, even though I knew the fish was landed. I live in the valley, maybe we'll meet on the bank one day. Richard.
