Fly Fishing River Severn at Llanidloes, Mid Wales for Winter Grayling

Ceri Thomas and Welsh international angler Terry Bromwell visit the upper river Severn in Mid Wales, in search of winter grayling on a cold December day. The fishing is simply fantastic value - just £6 a day, or you can even fish for free!

A year on, but support the club and buy an annual ticket - hardly more than the day ticket. So much more than these lads have fished, but they're right in their comments about access. Caersws used to be stuffed with grayling just below the town bridge, but fewer to be seen now. Still worth a try with water on, if you are prepared to be mobile. Nice catches lads, and good video.
