I try to breath when life give me the opportunity; for example, When I read and there is a coma, when I feel my organism want to breath I suport it. My mindfulness starts with breathing with that strategy of 4-7-6 or something like that; then, my brain catch itself and breathing with its rythm. I feel hapoy to pratice mindfulness because my thought are interesting and be concious of what comes to me without any tool apart of my brain is fantastic. My gratitude is because I have the faculty to looking for I want; according to my preferences. That is for now. I rhink the number three is interesting because we can divide nine into three and get three; besides that we divide 21 in three and get seven. The number three comes with the triangule... That for you mindly attention Take care of myself is a philosophical issue. growing mindset is a cognitive abilites and physical health. think about negative thought in order to make sense of its existence. Tech is useful, take advantage of it. don't be a couch potatoe; go ahead and interact with communal people. take it easy and start from the scratch. plan our schedule, try to sleep six hours, and study what is imagination.
