That's a lie, if a channel has 1,000 subscribers you CAN control ads so they're not in the content. How deceptive to pretend to help people then lie.

@@noonespecial4171 Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Unfortunately even though a channel is monetised, ads can still appear. As mentioned previously I turn off mid-roll ads in all my content, but from time to time (usually during busy ad periods such as Christmas) mid-rolls do appear. This is the same issue other meditation creators have with ads being placed at the end of sleep recordings (even though they turn them off). Thankfully this hasn't been an issue for quite some time here on the channel. I would suggest you look into this further and do your research - personal attacks are not tolerated here on my channel.

This video helped me calm down a lot, I have chronic anxiety and I believe that is why I was diagnosed with gastritis. I am trying to gather all of my thought and become more emotionally aware. This is a journey I am ready to begin I can’t say it’s easy though

Gastritis just means swollen intestine system. You are right to think it is anxiety. Gastritis doesn't mean anything, it is one of those labels that is just used for billing purposes.

my problems started in my last pregnancy in 1990 when i was given Gaviscon and told i could take up to the max does this caused me digestion issues that i put down to being pregnant ,but continued after, i had to stop eating things like smoked bacon ,nuts, eggs and beans, but not to bad ,then i had a hysterectomy 6 yrs later the problem got worse ,more food i had to stop , then 4 yrs ago i had flu and it changed again , i am now down to ,just meat / chicken / potatoes / bread / its so boring and i miss my spicey food , cereal. salads and boiled eggs with bread butter , iv tried so many meditations thats supposed to help ,even paying a fortune out for Bioresonance . i just cant make it stop ,as soon as i open my eyes it starts .

Thank you for sharing your journey. Hypnosis works best with consistency and repetition. I would recommended exploring a few different sessions and commit to listening once a day over the next 2 weeks and then see how you feel. An initial goal is to start calming down your nervous system.

Good voice and knowledgeable. One modification is that you speak about the problem (education) while we are in a relaxed state and that focuses the mind in the opposite direction

In hypnosis we use two main types of suggestion - direct and indirect. This session focuses more on direct suggestions. It's almost impossible to create a hypnosis track that everyone will resonate with. You may find you resonate more with other hypnosis meditations on the channel 💜

I have this sudden urge to use restrooms when I'm outside or when I'm anxious (the urgency is real), usually happens when restroom access is a bit difficult. The farther I'm from restrooms, the problem worsens. I'm okay if I'm at home unless there are anxiety causing situations like seeing that all the toilets in the house are already occupied. Always when this urge happens, I can't hold it for more than a minute too 😭😭😭 A lot of embarassing situations has happened due to this. I really really do hope this would help me😭

I really love videos like this. I haven't been diagnosed with IBS but I do get chronic stomach and gas pains where things just tighten and spasm up. It'll be a while before I'm able to get in to see a proper GI specialist. But lastnight I had a bad episode and I could swear I could FEEL the knots in my stomach making it worse

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing. Have you heard of something called hypervigilence? When you focus in on your pain and on your stomach, it focuses your attention and can not only make the pain worse, but also trigger a flareup due to the anxiety it causes. I don't have a video on this yet, but it's on my list to create one and explain this further.

Thank you so much for this beautiful mediation. So kind of you to provide this. 💕 I have one question. Is there a reason why you say those, instead of your? When l heard it, it felt suddenly like you weren't referring to my body parts, but some that were somewhere else. I was having an emotional release that stopped as soon as l heard you say 'those', l think you said those lungs??? I think maybe it suddenly felt less personal and safe. Or maybe just a surprise? I thought this might be helpful feedback and l am genuinely curious. Best wishes 🙏🙏

You are welcome 😊 I'm glad you are enjoying this session. Yes, this is a hypnosis technique of using dissociation so it's intentional. Some people respond well to this technique when being guided into hypnosis, whereas other people (such as yourself) don't resonate with it, and your conscious mind 'snaps' you back to consciousness. It's impossible to create sessions which resonate with everyone, but I use many different techniques in my hypnosis sessions to give you all a variety and hopefully a deeper sense of connection to the words. Not all sessions use dissociation, and so I would explore listening to other sessions which may resonate more with you 💜 great question though - thanks for asking!

Hi im having trouble focusing on your voice and keep switching back to panicked thoughts, and also i couldnt really feel the relaxation through out my body. I was in my bed and my eyes were closed, but it kinda of made me more panicked because i felt disconnected from reality, any tips? :)

Without fully understanding what is happening for you, it's hard to give specific guidance. However, for some people they can experience a sense of panic/anxiety when they start to relax. This is called Relaxation-Induced Anxiety. There is a great article on Insight Timer which you may find helpful if this resonates: insighttimer.com/blog/relaxation-induced-anxiety

Thanks so much for your comments Kostya! There are many different types of hypnotic suggestions and not everyone will resonate with the same ones. I'll be releasing more affirmation based hypnosis mediations - starting next week. It sounds like these may be more aligned with what you find works for you!

@@kostyazen For many people this suggestion can actually be helpful to increase awareness in the body of the tension, before then releasing it. A lot of people actually carry tension in their body without realising it. It sounds like this session may not be the best fit for you, so I would encourage you to try the other sessions on my channel designed for IBS. For clients I work with 1:1 suggestions are personalised to them, but I'm sure you can understand it's much more difficult to do this on a platform such as KZbin!

@@kostyazen You may find that if you follow the suggestion given of releasing tension, it can actually help you to find areas of the body that may be holding onto tightness and to release them. We cannot change what we are not aware of. A simple example is when we are holding our breathe or stomach when stressed or anxious - but we don't realise it. 🙂 If you find that the tension in your body is increasing after listening to this suggestion, I would encourage you to follow the suggestion all the way through e.g. to find it and then to release it. See if you can become curious about this process. And as mentioned, not all therapists or hypnosis sessions, or mediations will work for everyone - and that's ok!

Thanks for your comment Canny. Unfortunately myself along with many other channels have no choice with the ads running. I agree, as I would love to offer this session without ads interrupting. The overall feedback from other creators is that once Christmas and new year is over KZbin will run less mid-video ads. I really do hope so!

At certain times of the year the number of ads across the platform increases, and I believe the lead upto Easter must be one of those times. I completely understand how disrupting this is, and I wish I had the ability to change this. I am currently working behind the scenes to offer a library of ad-free gut directed hypnotherapy sessions for a small monthly free - which will launch around May. I appreciate your support for my channel, and hope the ads reduce soon x

Proof that hypnosis works: I listened to it for 5 minutes and I’m not even doing it. Listening to check it out. After 5 minutes, for some reason I felt emotional relay and I started to cry a little. It proves that the body knows what’s right for it. So if anyone is doubtful about this don’t be it works

I’ve had numerous tests, labs, and imaging done because my so-called IBS is so severe it causes upper GI issues (even though it’s primarily a lower GI condition). Stress, exhaustion, and a number of food borne allergies are just a few things that trigger my week-long flares. I’m dying for an answer….so I FEEL YA!

I just can't listen to a meditation where someone talks about all the wrong stuff that is happening. I relax and set in and then listen to you describe how my digestive system doesn't function properly. Who wants to hear that while meditating? You can say in the video description all those details, let the actual meditation be in voice.

As a general recommenation, I recommend listening to a gut directed hypnotherapy session every day each day for 6 weeks. Hypnosis works with repetition and consistency - with the suggestions building on each other. Just let me know if you have more questions? 🙂

I completely agree. Unfortunately the ads on KZbin are outside of my control, and I hear from many other creators that the ads have increased lately. I'm sorry to hear your experience was interupted. Very soon you will be able to access this recording (and many more for IBS) ad free inside of The Calm Gut mobile app. You will also be able to download to your phone and access them when wifi is not available.

How can you talking about calm relaxation when you have these adverts? Do you really believe in what you are saying this recording? I don’t think so. What a pity money is more important.

Hi Marcia, unfortunately the ads are outside of my control on KZbin. Many of my subscribers have commented about the increase in ads recently, and I know that at key times of the year such as Christmas and Easter, more ads are pushed across the platform for advertisers. I'm currently working behind the scenes to offer ad free listening (plus many more sessions) for a small monthly fee (as hosting in another platform does cost money) which will be an option available to you. I understand your comments (and agree that the ads are incredibly disruptive!), but can assure you that I have absolute integrity for the work that I do in this space.

KZbin is going crazy with the ads. 2 unskipable adverts at the beginning, 4 (!!!) in the middle, 2 at the end. I thought you can turn them off, but they will show you less, because they won't have money from you. 😡 It would be great meditation, but not with that many ads in quite short video. 🫶

I'm so sorry Anna, this is impacting so many people coming to my channel and listening to this sessions. I can fully understand the frustration. A KZbin channel needs to grow to a certain size to be able to ''turn off'' ads (which should happen for this channel by the end of the month) BUT even when I turn them off, KZbin can still overwrite this (which they very often do!). Unfortunately as it's their platform, it's impossible for me to control. It'll be interesting to see when I turn off ads how much they will decrease. Making money via ads on KZbin is not my aim, and my primary goal has always been to support IBS sufferers with free content, and for those that want extra support to work with me 1:1 or access The Calm Gut App (launching next month) which has many more sessions, affirmations, breathing techiniques and mindfulness meditations availble to listen & download.
