Hi, Jayne. I’m Robert (44). I started with IBS while in Argentina 8 months ago. I’m in Brazil wanting it all to go away before I reach Manila. I’m still learning. Found out visceral hypersensitivity is a symptom of IBS as well. It feels like nausea, but in my stomach. Im only 44. Traveling abroad. I guess it could be worse. Grateful. My New Year’s resolution is to go Carnivore. …and beans (for fiber). Wish me luck.

Thank you for the great question. Yes it can, I've had clients who have experienced this. There is also the hypervigilance and hyperfocus that happens overtime - which leads to an "over' awareness of sensations and feelings in this area.

When it comes to KZbin I will need to look more into this when it comes to the ads. Unfortunately there is no way to turn ads off (except for midrolls), and in the past I been accused of some pretty awful things because of ads running before and after sessions. I know some of the larger channels (1 million +) have been able to reduce ads after sleep sessions so I need to understand how! Leave this with me to look into further x

@TheCalmHappyGut benzos highjack the nervous system and limbic system, my gut is not working from all this, my health is in a serious state, had no idea what these were and how dangerous they were when I got put on them after a Dr injured me, in survival mode, can't eat sleep digest food, severely emaciated, bowel full, I'm not ok and not sure how much longer I can survive this, when benzos backfire, they can truly kill a person, I'm learning the hard way too late 😭

Yes, especially if you notice stress or anxiety impacts your IBD symptoms/flare-ups. It's also possible to have both IBD and IBS, and there can be an overlap. If you're unsure, I always recommend listening to the sessions and noticing how you feel afterwards - mentally, emotionally and physically. Let me know if you have any further questions!

I found four related to the holidays, but I’m not sure which one is the new one you’re talking about.
