Love seeing and hearing black men vulnerable enough to heal and share their growth publicly. Very powerful conversation. ❤

This is an important and welcome conversation. Life balance and self-care are essential to achieve feeling whole and complete. I believe in prayer and expressing gratitude each day. I love that Common is comfortable within his power and himself and has written a book that will encourage others to recognize their need to become whole beings. I believe food is medicine, exercise is essential in one's life, and the body/mind connection are key components to enlightenment of self. I look forward to reading the book and sharing this conversation with others. Thank you. Peace and blessings. Love thyself! ❤

I loved the way you expressed the freedoms you fealt while in Europe. I had not been able to express that well.

I know there's more going on in this cast, but the fact that they can afford wireless buds and use plug ins instead is awesome

Black mental health? Why not just mental health? I will turn this video off for the sake of my white mental health...

If you have not already done so, listen to the entire conversation. There are important messages being conveyed for anyone who chooses to listen and who has an understanding that this important topic of mental health care within marginalized communities is necessary. The topic has been non-existent until the past several years. We, as black and brown people, must openly discuss this topic to heal emotionally and to practice self-care. I commend Dr. Walker, Common, and Calm for this open, needed, and welcomed conversation. I respect and am grateful for Calm. I listen daily to their meditations. One last thing, please share this conversation with others. I look forward to reading Commons book. Blessings.
