Also that posture thing, I had gotten one around the time I was coming in with all my “issues” it actually hurt too much! I’d get nauseous from the pain! Obviously I stopped taking all the meds I was on, just try to eat healthier now. I do know a lot of my health issues came from unhealed childhood trauma. Been in hermit mode on a spiritual journey!! Soon I’ll be out of this trap and of course want to work with you ladies on some projects which are part of some business plans I’ve been guided to create!

I don’t trust the hospital, but I trust God! With me having tubes cut was only 2% chance of them growing back and getting pregnant I am confident a home birth will be fine especially since I’ve made it 9 months with 6hr and 3 hr labors under my belt! I sure look forward to seeing you again though.

Totally agree about the dog issue. It’s very nasty in a grocery store or Walmart in the grocery dept cause there are little kids walking with parents that can step in their crap or pick up stuff off the floor cause kids are curious like that and touch everything although you keep telling them to stop touching things but dogs in a store with food is not healthy. NASTY.

I feel bad for Charissa, such a pretty lady yet must feel the incredible pressure as a female of always looking great so much so that she is getting fillers, botox etc. I saw here interviewed last week and she could barely get her mouth opened to speak. Sad I don't see her male counterparts having to do things like this. Charissa you are beautiful embrace it girl your imperfections makes you perfect.

As one who has been a hair expert, grew up and lived through the 80’s and still have Aqua Man style hair… y’all (not just you guys, but women in general) always complain about your hair this and that, breaking, falling out, etc… ITS BECAUSE YOU ALL PUT WAAAAAAAY TO MUCH CRAP IN YOUR HAIR. Yes, wash it everytime you take a shower. Conditioner every 3rd or 4th day. DO NOT BLOW DRY. All the stuff y’all put in wrecks your hair and wreaks havoc on you. Blow drying, dries it out beyond repair. You literally have to let it grow and cut it and let the new grow in to remove the damage from the hair dryer. Stop with all the creams, lotions, oils, shampoos, conditioners, blow dryers… hair dyes and colors are equally traumatizing to your hair. The chemicals fry it. I have a system of 5wks TreSemme…. Yessss, TreSemme. Followed by 1wk of Garnier Fructis. Repeat that process with conditioner every 3rd/4th day and don’t touch the hair dryer and you will shine and glow. Eat peanut butter if you want it to grow faster.
