This practice helped me a lot today because of a fight I had at school with some teachers

I’ve been struggling terribly with my anxiety, my fears, trauma, state of the world, and stress. I can feel my spirit holds great sadness. I’ve realized for the past 6-7 months I have not cried. I have mastered bottling things up and allowing the pain to grow. I’m learning peace and tranquillity through you. I’m 21 and I am currently weeping at the relief I have felt. I thought this would never go away. I promise I will practice this every day. Thank you from my heart, mind, and my soul..

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles. There’s a great book you might like called “The Mindfulness solution” by Ronald D Siegel , PsyD
@realpano4 ай бұрын
@@noremac4807 Thank you! I’ll look into it. These past months have been hard struggling with intense derealization and unwanted existential thoughts.

It’s been 5 months since you commented this, which I resonate with heavily. How are you feeling today?
@realpano4 ай бұрын
@@Invence- It has been getting a lot better. I had stopped smoking weed since I posted that. I started to feel better but sobriety got overwhelming. Life began to feel surreal. If I tried to smoke, I’d have really bad panic attacks due to existential thoughts that scared me. It distorted my reality which triggered my de-realization often. It’s been a good month now without it happening. I’ll take two pulls, game, read, and spend time with family or friends. I’m not the most religious person (by the book) but I have been trying to get back into spirituality. During this, my writers block vanished and my confidence came back. Taking care of my mind, body, and soul. Soaking in the light during the day, going on solo skate seshes before work through my neighborhood, and admiring the people getting on with their lives. I thought I wouldn’t see the beauty in life anymore and suicidal thoughts WERE there. I still to this day find it hard to release my pain and CRY. It’s like something in me just won’t allow me to. After some time of looking at myself in the mirror, self affirmations connected me back with myself after feeling separate for a long time. I no longer feel out of control, or a danger to myself. I used to look in the mirror and be disappointed, noticeably letting myself go, and not caring about my career as much. I belong here on this Earth and the one thing that’s always healed my pain is doing right by others. I have a years worth of music to release starting Oct 11 (my birthday) and I plan to make the most of it. Life is looking brighter. Thank you for asking it means more than you know 🚶🏽♂️❤️

I was guided to one of your videos (Silencing the Alarm) by my therapist after practicing that skill in a session. He recommended I check out your other videos as well, as he believed they could be helpful for me. This one caught my attention as nighttime is extremely difficult for me. It's a very anxious, unsettling, unsafe time of day. This video helped slow my mind and bring my focus to my body rather than my thoughts. I will keep practicing this. I found it very helpful. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this with us. My super-awesome and amazing therapist recommended I check your channel out. I'm so glad and grateful she did. This is the first meditation I'm able to complete with out getting angsty or uncomfortable. You've done an amazing job at leading it with kindness, compassion and understanding. It may sound silly but "giving" myelf permission to move my body or reposition while mediating relieved so much tension around the whole exercise ♡ THANK YOU. I can not express it enough. I plan on consuming the rest of your content! ❤

Your videos really helped.. About to listen to this one going to bed.. Last 7 years have been stressful looking after my husband who had a brain bleed and stroke. He took another one in January hospitalised and now in a nursing home. The anxiety I felt through this time and even more so now... after 53 yrs of a beautiful marriage and four children is hard to explain.. I have not been able to cry. My hidden grief has built up loosing my loved one this way is hard to bear. .. he is still here but needing complex care. No cognitive speech now. I must relax as my thyroid is being affected and waiting Drs advice...I am in my 70 s my family is marvellous I just needed to write this down. Thank you Kyle ..I will feel better soon I know and i believe this .
