From how to burn more calories without exercise, to eating less without diet for caloric deficit. I got ya! Yes that's possible! Today I'm sharing with you my 5 portion control hacks that you should know and hopefully start doing - these are super simple and really, there's not much effort needed.
I know these diet hacks or diet tricks may seem small things, but again, we're all about #progressNotPerfection and #sustainablefitness here. I can't just let go of my bad habits in a snap so these "small" things helped me a lot in eating smarter and living a healthier lifestyle.
P.S. these are just the things that worked for me, so please take everything I say with a grain of salt. :) Fitness is a never ending journey, so just listen to your own bodies and continue to learn as you go along.
