Hi ate umiinom pa bo ba kayo?😆 Span po sa weight diet niyo humirit po kayong uminom? Ask ko lang rik po ilang kilo nawala sa inyo sa 3 months? By the way po 5'5 rin ako pero 84 lang kilo since i started almost a month ago ngayon 80kilo nalang ako🥺🥺🥺 sana tuloy2 na rin ,slight exercise at hilig ko rin maglakad if lalabas ako nag walk na ako ng 3 to 5 miles pinakamalayo.

WAHHH OMG TUKSOOOOO. Pero grabe, finding that balanced diet talaga ang ultimate challenge, kaya portion control "diet" lang talaga ang nag work for me. For sure mahahanap mo rin ang tamang timpla ;) Fight!

May tindahan din kami at restaurant, oo subrang hirap pero dapat talaga disiplina para pumayat. Ang ginawa ko is nag te take ako ng mga coffee na pang hunger suppressants or ACV. Effective para d masyadong mag crave. Effective talaga!

Story time : We have the same perspective in life during highschool and college days. Di naman ako nearly obese 2 pero I'm big. But eventhough im big i wear my confidence. Sinasabihan rin ako ng labels and stereotypes ng pagiging mataba. Pero wala akong pake talaga on the insults. Last yr and ths yr had been tough on me. People leave, my trust has been broken (basta yon about love life haha) + career problems... that's why It affects greatly my mental health. And I notice nagkaroon ako eating disorder. Not diagnosed, but I notice my intense disgust sa food tipong konting kain sinusuka ko kasi feel ko lalaki ako lalo at di ako tatangapin ng tao. I vomit what I eat. Nagkaroon ako ng insecurities gusto ko pumayat badly (tho effective naman yung tubig tubig lang pero para akong magbblackout and demotivated). Nagiintake ako kung ano ano para lang pumayat. Grabe sobrang torture haha This time , gusto ko na ulit maging confident (not sa pagiging chubby tho wala naman masama doon, unless life threatening) all i mean is sa mindset ko. Na, my size isn't my worth, im worthy whatever size or features na meron ako. Gusto ko gawin to for myself, hindi to prove myself sa mga taong nanakit sakin and nagcause ng trauma. Right now still battling on my depresssion. The good thing is i maintain eating healthy foods unlike before, where i let myself suffer in intaking random meds/diet pill/laxatives tas restrictions. Just wanna share kasi i see myself in you na di conscious about self way back. But need to change for betterment on oneself and health na rin.

Hi, po. Hindi po ako certain sa effects ng medicine, as i'm not a medical expert :( In this case I suggest to consult with your doctor, but ang comment ko lang po siguro is if you have a balanced diet, and you do light exercises, may chance po always na hindi po kayo tataba. :)

Gustong gusto ko talaga mag IF kaso may ulcer ako, nag-try ako 9 days IF, 3kg agad nabawas sakin kaso sinabihan ako ng mga tao sa group na bawal daw mag IF pag may ulcer. 😓

Yikes onga dear, dun tayo sa safe and healthy ka. :) It's still best to consult your doctor, pero for me, you can try 12 hour fasts, bali eat ka lang siguro last meal mo 8pm/9pm then breakfast na ulit 8am/9pm. Tulog ka ng most of the hours, so hindi sya mukhang nagfafast ka. Mawawalan ka lang ng midnight snack. :( May nabasa kasi ako before (di ko na mahanap reference sorry huhu) na during IF, pag na reach mo na yung 10 hours, nagsastart na yung body natin i-use yung stored fat natin as energy, so if you'll fast for 12 hours, meron paring 2 hours na nag ketosis yung body mo. Pero again, it's best to consult din your doctor. ;)

Update: 5 days nakong naka IF 16:8, konting konti lang ako kumain during 8 hrs eating window. Exercise (jumping rope, pilates, glutes, push up, lunges) in 5 days 4kg nabawas sakin hahaha okay pa naman di nasakit tyan ko during fasting.

ate, di kaba nawawalan ng motivation? ako po kasi after 5 months maging healthy, bale bumalik.na naman ako sa tabain like bumalik ako sa unhealthy routine ko :-(

Hi Ella, of course nawawalan din ako motivation. Especially nitong pandemic, and I completely get you. Sobrang bilis bumalik sa old habits. Ikaw ba what habit yung bumalik? Ako kasi yung binge eating (kaya ako nagkaroon nung healthier alternatives to junk food video), pero more than that, for me, I think ang nakatulong is yung pag look back sa journey ko, and yung fear na bumalik ulit sa un healthy, unhappy self ko. Okay lang from time to time, maging unhealthy, mawala sa routine, and malihis sa goals, ang importante, completely aware ka na, and conscious ka, para alam mo when to stop. + it helps din talaga if may accountability buddies/support system ka to push you and to call you out whenever kelangan na. I hope this helps, feel free to reach out pag need mo ng tiga push hehe 🤗

Sana ganto rin ako i'm trying to lose weight because my weight is 64 or 65kg and i'm still 15 and just 5'2.Di ren pwede pumunta sa mga gym tapos takot ma- judge kaya pasikretong nag eexcercise.

Hi po, ano usually cravings mo? in my case sa chips, i look for healthier alternatives, or instead of eating the whole bag, hati hatiin nalang for control. Hello po, hindi po ako expert, pero sabihin ko po yung advise ko sa Dad ko. He's 62, and he's trying also to lose weight. I told him to do light activities and to just be more careful sa kinakain - iwas na sa fatty foods, and eat lean protein - fish, chicken, eggs + gulay. Drink plenty of water din and daily vitamins for more energy. He lives in Albay (omg are you also from Albay?) so accessible and manageable po yung eating healthier, then he enjoys walking outdoors in the afternoon, so it helped him a lot too. He did 5000 steps then 6000, then more and more eventually. He lost around 10lbs na rin po just by walking daily :) Small habits really help, and small progress is still progress. Best of luck in your journey! :)

More than a month to 2 months po bago ko nakita yung progress sa scale. Don’t worry!!! you may not see it now, pero for sure you feel stronger and better as you continue on, and that’s already enough progress. Enjoy lang, stay consistent and celebrate small wins. Then magugulat ka nalang bigla na nareach mo na goal mo. ;) push lang. Aja. Fightingggg! 🤍

2-3 months po nung mag start ko makita progress, then around sa 8th month po, normal BMI, more or less nasa one year po to reach maintainance state :)

Hi Army! I'm not a doctor ha, but for me I try to sleep for at least 6-8 hours parin. I try to use this website: sleepyti.me -- para macheck yung goal na gising sa oras ng tulog ko, helpful sya for me, let me know if mag work din for you 😉

Halooo Cindy, how is it so far? Ilan na na-lose mo? It's known to work dahil sa popular equation na calories in vs calories out for weightloss. But in my opinion, I don't recommend drastically cutting down calories a.k.a crash diet, especially if nagwowork out ka, mahirap if you're not eating enough. Hindi sya magiging sustainable and makaka affect sya sa performance mo sa workouts mo. If you're cutting down calories, manage parin na gradual drop, and within the minimum acceptable calorie intake para lang safe and healthy. Pero this is just me ha, better parin if makakaconsult ka sa professionals. :)

@@DanaSays Hello po! I am using this a app to count my calories and so fsr it's very accurate. They recommended me din how much calories I needed depending on hiw much activities I do. So far, I did not feel like I had to adjust big time, but I was able to manage eating in moderation and It felt like it was all the energy I needed for a day. So far po since I weigh 63kg, I lost about 2 kilos since I do workouts everyday hihu

Hello dear, siguro after 3 months I started to see na the progress, to be honest hindi ko talaga namalayan, di kasi ako masyado nagtatrack ng numbers kasi ayoko ma discourage, naging consistent lang ako as much as possible, until nagulat nalang ako, unti unti na nagiging loose na yung mga damit ko, and yung mga tao sa bahay and mga nakakasama ko yung nakapansin. :)

@@katherineasis6562 Hmmmm hindi naman tataba if one day mo lang siya ginawa, or paminsan, pero siyempre makakacontribute sya eventually if consistent ka. Pero not necessarily dahil lang yun sa sobra sa ulam ha. Depende parin sa na intake mo, kung yung sobrang ulam ba ay pang 3 meals na, dun magkakatalo. Pero ako, personally, di ako masyado sa kung gabi man or araw ako kumain ng mas madami, tinatantsa ko lang yung pang buong day. Kunwari yung lunch ko sobrang gana ko na, so yung dinner babawasan ko na. If feel ko naman kulang yung lunch ko or nag work out ako more than usual, kahit kumain ako ng okay nung lunch, kain parin ako sa dinner, kasi alam kong nag burn ako more. Balance, and portion control lang. Everything in moderation. Pwede mo rin i-try kumain sa platito if you want to try muna magbawas ng portions. Makukuha mo rin yung tamang timpla for you, trial and error lang, and please don't be too hard on yourself. Enjoy lang tayo. I hope nakatulong to. All the best in your journey. Aja fighting!

@@DanaSaysahmm thank you po😊🥰 last na po ksi po ako Hindi po ako masyado nakakapag work out kaya po binabawas ko na Lang po sa pag kain ko so if ever po ba na bihira lang po ako mag work out mababawasan parin po ba yon dahil po don Ang ginagawa ko po ay sa Umaga po ay quaker oats po ako tapos sa lunch po kunti rice minsan po egg lang po tapos sa dinner lang po is kunti rice minsan po ulam lang po so ok lang po ba yon kahit bihira lang po ako mag work out ma burn parin po ba yong taba? Pasensya na ate kung masyado ako matanong ksi gusto gusto ko na ksi pumayat eh kaya po ako nag tatanong buti na nga lang po nakita ko po yong video ninyo kaya po ako nag try na mag comment 😊😊😊

@@katherineasis6562 Naku hindi ako expert ha, pero my opinion is case to case naman, if mas kaya mo yung diet, go for it! Ang weightloss formula naman daw is 70-diet, 30-workout, so definitely may impact if consistent ka with your diet. :) for me lang kasi, mas sustainable kung may exercise parin, not only for weight loss, pero for health in general. If you have 3 minutes to spare you can try doing my warm up video just to sweat it out lang ng onte, or have a goal to do 10,000 steps per day.
