Brother Calvin, you should definitely be a motivational speaker because your heart is always in the right place! And for that I commend you. Me and my wife were stacked in the Philippines for 4 months with our kids, and as you said, we were collecting a pay check every two weeks for me being in the army but most of the neighbors were under a lock down, so we did multiple relieve good give always to the neighbors $200 to $400 at a time and we got the kids involved in it too so know that giving back is simply the right thing to do. We also invested on a 2000 square meter land a year ago. I would love to be on your panel sometime this month since am currently on a 30 vacation and months away from retiring medically. As always, stay positive brother

Hi, Calvin & Family, I enjoyed your video. That is a great deal on getting the land so cheap, you could just flip it and see a good return but I think your longterm plans of putting a house there will be a better investment and it's security for the family. Like you I want to have made a difference in peoples lives. I use a saying " To keep what you have got you to give it away" Keeping it in the flow. I have just recently stopped supporting a "food bag" service in Thailand I supported it for two years and we gave away emergency food parcels, hundreds of thousands of parcels but it has come to and end. So I am looking for something similar that I could help out. The guy with the petrol thinking stop helping others because no one helpped him. I give freely and want nothing in return that way I am never disappointed. It does not matter what others do, do what is right regardless. Take care GOD Bless you and yours. M

Foreigners have a serious mental problems. They refused to study the laws concerning foreigners legally owning land 100% ownership. 60/40 percent ownership is not 100% ownership. To buy land for the purchase of giving it away to their wife or girlfriend’s family, yes that maybe a honorable thing to do. And person may have develop trust that they can depend on. But provide the whole truth and that is foreigners can not legally own land. What a person purchased belong to the wife or girlfriend. What you are trying to do is a honorable thing.
