Big PROPS Sunshine. Remind me of a time back in 2017-2018 where I took my, then, 10 year old son to Cebu for the Summer. We hired locals to build 2 of those simple houses you pointed out for $50 and gifted it to 2 single mothers in Danao, up north. It cost me about $500 each and we got our hands dirty too. But the lesson my 10 year old son learned from the experience was priceless. It humbled his little but after our almost 3 month stay. When we returned to Cali, he never asked for ANYTHING from me whereas he would hassle me to take him to Toys R Us every weekend prior to the trip. I'll be there soon Sunshine. I'm gonna look you up for some wisdom and minor guidance. I am motivated to build rec centers, cultural centers, and sponsor gifted kids with education expenses, amongst other things. You and I are so different people but I love your videos and what's in your heart.

Cool to see, I am building my own place but I have a helper that makes $5 a day with me. It's backbreaking work and I love how hard people work here. My house costs about $7,000 American dollars. Mostly it's a little cheap because I just did it myself with a helper. You can hire a construction crew but it will triple the cost of the house plus a little more.

U have gone d extra mile to bring back d smile of those family u helped . I get pissed off watching a certain vlogger who collected donations which were not accounted for but under d pretext to build a house for someone , as potrayed in their videos. But sadly all we see is just a simple a simple "house " too small for even 3 in a family . It won't even cost 50k peso but d amount collected surely few folds. A lot of propaganda being used to hoodwink d foreign donors and d vlogger is living comfortably from d donations . Never once , I see him using or dish out something from his KZbin income and he has 10/15 folds more subscribers than u . Calvin , we salute u r just great. By year end u should attained 100k subscribers or even more . It's a blessing from d Almighty 🙏🙏

This particular house yes because you have to pay for labor too. You can build a house for that amount though, although it would be small.

Calvin if they want forever houses they should build like the channel ‘Texas Filipino’ built his house. It actually uses less concrete and it’s faster. More rebar, but they are indestructible. And all of the form materials can be reused on each house.

Brethren!! You are destroyed from a lack of knowledge pursuant to HOSEA 4:6-"My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge!! LEVITICUS 20:26-"And ye shall be holy (set apart) unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine. Psalms 83:2-"For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. PSALMS 83:3-"They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. Psalms 83:4-"They had said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. PSALMS 83"5-"For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: PSALMS 83:6-"The tabernacles of Edom (Caucasion):and the Ishmaelites (Arabs); of Moab (Chinese/Asians) Ammon (Japanese.) Your God warned you of your enemies, and you need to read at least the first five books of the bible (KJV) to understand our ISRAELITE history. The God of Israel created all people and knows the mind of all he created, and you will find out how jealous he is of his children dealing intimate with these other nations. They know who you are, and they know you are sinning against your God, and behind your back, they are mocking you...trust!!! NUMBERS 25:5-"And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay ye every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor. NUMBER 25:6-"And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish (other nation) woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. NUMBERS 15:8-"And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel. ISAIAH 45:7-"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." The LORD brought those typhoons upon that land, and now that you know the truth, whether you close your ears or not...you will be judged!!! We are living in the last chapter of the book (REVELATIONS.) Get your Israelite kids all together and separate from that heathen, stranger, enemy, before destruction comes. You can only deal with woman from your own nation. Google 12 tribes of Israel chart!!! There are only 12 gates to enter into the kingdom of heaven pursuant to REVELATION 21:12 (King James Bible.) I'm a watchman king, and its my God given duty to warn my brethren before his/ her destruction pursuant to EZEKIEL 3:17-19. This is true love brethren! Blessings!
