I hope & pray that all who are watching have their bibles open & your not just listening there's only one interpretation of the Word but many applications Pastor Heitzig is truly a man of God & a profound teacher. So we all can & should be DOERS of the WORD...God Bless & remember no matter what the world is going it will never be paradise here on earth. So always be ready so you don't have to get ready. Please know that we as true believers, this world is the closes we'll get to hell, on the sad flipside for nonbelievers this world is the closes they'll get too Heaven

Thanks Pastor Skip - another excellent teaching - verses 7:19-22 show that God’s plans can be quite different than human plans. Here He exercises “mind control” over the Midianite army - inducing them into a panic with Gideon’s blaring trumpets and blazing torches to the point where they kill each other. Like you say, “If God is for us, who can stand against us.” God bless.

I like pastor’s quote - “Faith is contagious but so is fear”. The same rich lessons can pierce quite the diverse crowd, as a certain 90's rock band came to a similar conclusion in their 1997 hit "Vietnow," with the lyric...."Fear is your, Fear is yerrrr......[you might know the rest]." The concept of “living in the yellow” or to always be vigilant is another timeless lesson.

Good tale... but you don't tell us that THE Angel of the Lord... 'Jehovah Malack'. The Messenger of Jehovah... Its is the Lord. THE messenger of the 'Lord' here isn't just any Angel. He is in other books mentioned, even worshipped. Who do you think he is??? :)
