The before and after picture made me to rethink deeply how the grace and mercy of God is unmeasurable. The sermon touched my heart. I am from Ethiopia, East Africa.

for pastors who dont know where to begin with their sunday messages, Pastor Pauls sermon/messages is one of the best resource for sermons, clear points, been using his sermons as a source of Resource for years.

The Before and After picture. Paul's before picture: 1) We were spiritually dead; that is separated from God by sin. 2) We were walking according to the World; that is living like worldly people live. 3) We were under the control of the Devil 4) We were indulging our Flesh; that is our physical desires. 5) We were subject to the Wrath of God. BUT GOD, in His rich mercy and great love for us, has provided a cure for this picture. Paul's after picture: 1) We are spiritually Alive in Christ. 2) Seated together with Christ in heavenly places. 3) We are a living display of God's grace and kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Pastor Paul all the time you were going to church as a youngster know that the seed was being planted in you. I have come to be thankful for those early years “that I was not saved”. I thank my mother for introducing the structure and respect for church to my young self. Imagine not having that structure and not being saved, that would of been a disaster for my life. So thank you mom! Cause of you now I’m saved!

We are seated now in heavenly places in the spirit. God is spirit, as is our created true nature. When we believe we are the flesh and the mind, we are separated. When we understand we are spirit, we are connected now in heavenly places with God, through Christ our Lord.

This dude is just a regular guy no fakery. There are men and women beautiful to some and not to others. But for real I like women with no makeup. If most think there ugly...for some reason I see beauty and much more. Its the soul inside alive with christ. That's beauty to me.
@Gloriagal785 жыл бұрын
Thank you, William, and I speak for countless women out there. You are a gem.

I wish there were more men like you William, although that did make me laugh Paul saying they would turn away women with no make up. He was just joking 🤣
@dovepeacescarlet13 жыл бұрын
I use to wear much makeup - and I currently wear none - I believe natural beauty is something that only God can really do I think that Everything God does is good or do I need to hide behind so much makeup to show who I am not - this is my own opinion! I might have done all the makeup because I was not happy with myself but after many years I truly believe I am loving life now!
@faithwithsheldon Жыл бұрын
I agree with you, but Pastor Paul was joking with everything he was saying in the beginning regarding makeup

The comments about women wearing make up were very mean spirited. A woman can be seen as naturally beautiful with her God given appearance and her inner countenance. That was a terrible example of before and after.

Sorry Pastor, but nowhere in the Bible doesn’t mention that God is a trinity. Scripture says that God is a spirit.John 4;24 but other than that thank you for this word may God bless you
@PastorPaulLeBoutillier3 ай бұрын
Sure, if you're looking for the word "trinity" you're not going to find it in the Bible. But it is immensely easy to prove that God has revealed Himself as three Persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I can EASILY show you passages where each Person is declared to be God.
