There. Finally someone says it out loud and calls this what it is. All this talk about being open-minded, being ready to answer any time of the day and night, and being ready to be the canvas for the artist-genius / photographer / deisgner / manager, etc. So many now really famous female singers, models, etc have mentioned these expectations. While no one is calling it out what it is: expectation of having no boundaries and to mold oneself to whatever form pleases the buyer more. That's in fact expectation to disrespect one's own integrity as human being. But it laid the foundations to careers. Of course, there were also those who (could?) speak their mind, like Yasmeen Ghauri.

Old Men using innocence to sell their products, & pursuing them to be their girlfriends is sickening. Young Human Beings should be aloud to experience Life in general with a similar age group. Same with older Women attracting young boys it is truly disgusting 🤮

How on earth did they get away with taking her first nude photos at 15?! That is shocking and so damaging for her mentally. 😢

The minimum age for frontal nudity was 16 in the UK until 2003 so it _depends_ the laws of where they shot the pictures. PS I say _depends_ like that because models often shoot nudity (partial or frontal) while underage even now but onlya literal handful enough become famous enough for it to be a problem.

Klein corrected himself about 3 times deliberately edging for saying the unsayable. The creep was talking and signalling to other pdf creeps. In fact it was so obvious it's pathetic.

There was a whole commercial campaign with those creepy commercials. Kate wasn't the only one they had asking them to do creepy things. There was a campaign against it taking it off the air.

I have watched some of the Marc Jacobs perfume ads, still looks like they are still using very young girls. We are complicit for buying into it the mags, clothes, perfume , which is toxic. I try to avoid fashion as much as I can, it is a ridiculous industry.

I remember being asked if i'm a model etc and was told i should model It already disturbed me back then that models were seen as '' old '' by 23 I went to a model agency and they said i would have to lose weight. I was ALREADY ( naturally ) skinny. I thought they are NUTS and that '' I am not going to support this garbage ! '' Wondered then why ANYONE would support that

No matter how much I agree with people here, I also always have that «problem» with supply responding to demand. Where there is a demand, there will be supply/someone willing to supply it….

Why are parents allowing their children to do this? She should’ve been in school being a normal kid and not getting naked for pics at 15. Industry is sick 🤢 but also parents are naive

There was a different connection to nudity up to that point It wasn't always seen as dirty A lot was seen as natural
@Ritff666l-e9eАй бұрын
but of course there were different aspects There was a more natural relationship to nudity at any age There was also perverts And i also just remembered i was on a photoshoot where things turned shady I was about the same age
