This is my dream car, and my mums daily. She’s also got a gr yaris as a daily. We all prefer the m5. We got it remapped to 700 brake last week and spins the world round! Best car you can drive under 20k faster although expensive to run it’s well worth it 🥹

Lovely example with low miles, Calv spec and full BMW history! A lot of car for the money, but like others have said it’s affordable to buy but it’s the running/ servicing costs that kills you!

I had an F10 M5 on a 63 from new (Silverstone/Sakhir red) and it was absolutely brilliant over 3 years and 36,000 miles with no issues whatsoever. I then had an X5 M50D…quickly move on.. then an F90 M5 which I’ve had since new on a 19 plate. 29,000 miles on and the F90 is the best DD you can have. For this money the F10 is better value and what a great car. M5 every day 👍

I have this car, in this colour, I have had mine for the last 4 years, its a bullet proof moto, absolutely incredible reliability, however all the gas stations will know you by name, my little advise is that, if you really want to feel like a real boss owning this, get another cheaper little car and you will enjoy ownership of this beast..

Ive had mine for a year and I love it but tbh it could do with being a bit more rowdy out of the box, the exhaust combined with the soft limiter really detracts from the M experience. Would be nicer if it were more similar to the M4/M3

2 years ownership nearly on mine and I completely agree, the difference between exhaust valves open and closed is no where near enough. Great car though and I do love mine 🥰

You can buy alot of cars for 20k audi rs3 rs5,rs6,ttrs merc a45 ,c63 , porsche 911, cayman ,bmw m3 m4 ,nissan skyline, nissan silvia, nissan 370z nismo,Bentley continental gt ,Ford mustang , focus rs bmw 235i 140i ,vw golf r32 ,R the list just keeps going budget does play a big part in buying a car but also what's it purpose? Daily, school run, weekend slayer or occasional track use 🤔 now you have to chuck in fuel consumption in to make you consider even further?

I had one mine was stage 2 was really quick but I was too worried about things going wrong like bent rods rod bearings injectors etc plus the running costs were horrendous BMW quote they get 28mpg or something but if you drive it like an M5 you’ll be lucky to see 15mpg mine averaged around 13mpg around the door and around 22ish on a run

The 2011 528 has a straight 6 3L(Post 2011 all junk 4 cyl in 528i) engine and last forever.

Killer " SoCal" spec. Slap a warranty on it and run it as a " special car" for 2 years ,get it off your bucket list and (assuming it doesn't blow up and the warranty doesn't cover it) sell it on for £19'000 🤔

Nice motors those f10 m5's. I was recently cross shopping them with the Jaguar Xfr, bmw m4 and c63 6.2. Ended up getting the c63 just because of the noise!

@@LAFFRS depends on what year the early ones with the slower gearbox are pretty cheap now but the facelift particularly 507 are more expensive than the f10 m5's

engine rebuild cost 10k , know 3 others including myself have seize their engine. If you drive the car hard like a M car is suppose to then be prepare to do a full rebuild sooner or later.
