OK not being funny but how did thst cover remove -when on video u ddnt take out the Screws ? Yes we know but what was point in skipping thst out? ??

About to do mine on a 1.8T. Did you torque the cam cover back down? Manual says 10N/m, but a few people have said this can break the bolts so I've ordered new replacement stainless bolts.

I used the old bolts tightened the bolts by hand don't have a torque wrench that goes down to 10nm still no leaks. if you have a torque wrench that reads 10nm I would use it.
