How can you do sprint workouts on that trainer, if you cannot control the resistance? In other words, I generally do sprint workouts increasing or decreasing the resistance of the trainer, how can you do that here?

I don't have this roller set but in general rollers will wear out your back tire eventually. I typically have some old bike tires that I can use for rollers or this type of trainer but recently I've been enjoying the direct drive trainers. Good road feel and less wear and tear on the rear wheel. 👍

All the downhill world cup racers uses that trainer for warm up! Because its so easy to get to top of the mountain whit gondola!
