i have a 2010 ss, long tubes, high flow cats, CAI, custom tune, I love the sound of this borla. i am just worried it may be a little too loud for me. i had a magnaflow no muffler system on when I did the long tubes and was so loud it was obnoxious, so I put some mufflers on and now it's too quiet and removed some of the low rumble, so now I want that sound back, but not sure if the atak, is too loud.

For those that are wondering about HP gains, with this setup you can usually expect 420-430 wheel horsepower. I've seen it several times from people on the Camaro5 forums. But, this is an auto so it might be a little lower than that. The tune is the real key here as far as I know though. The tune really wakes up the engine.

It was a M6 and your right about the HP. Roughly 500 at the crank. Killed SO many mustangs lol. I miss that car a lot. Building a ZL1 now will have to post some video :)

I think my neighbors don't like when I start it up (Loud as hell) but I granny shift through the neighborhood lol and I think it's ok. I am happy with it it. It causes giggles at WOT every time and never gets old so it's worth it. It's basically open headers at WOT but if you keep the revs low you can drive by the cops np. I have done it a dozen times.

Love the sound of your Camaro, I had that exact exhaust muffler on my V6 GMC Sierra, love those borla atak, your is twice as loud as mine though aha, sadly, now I drive a 4banger and even turbo charged, I can't get a nice exhaust tone.

What did you use for recording the audio? I have the same set-up only with off-road pipes and CAI and have not been able to capture the full magic of what it sounds like in person. Mine seems to be too loud and over-powers all phones, a Hero3, and most recently a Hero5. I love your car and have watched this video many, many times. I am just starting to build my channel, check it out :)
