Thank you for this video Hannah. What do you mean by master plan community? Any preferred builder? How different are these builders from Lennar and Holt.

My pleasure. Master planned community here usually means there are a large amount of homes (280+) and it will have some sort of Park and potentially a small amount of trails. It will take many years to complete, but they know what it will be like in the end. The two builders in this community are New Traditions and Kingston Homes. You cannot use another builder here. Certainly higher quality than Lennar. Holt homes in my opinion has good quality, but just isn't usually as 'fancy' as NT or Kingston.

When phase2 comes up it could be other builders who would include a club house/parks etc. What do you think? Also in future - is there a possibility that Camas school district would restrict Washougal residents to be a part of it.

@@solomoncherla As far as I know, NT and KH will be building all phases of the neighborhood exclusively. I do not believe this community has a club house. It will likely have a park. OF course there is always a possibility anywhere that school district boundaries are re-drawn. However, many people living in the very west side of Washougal live there for the Camas schools, so if the boundaries were to be re-drawn, I'm sure there would be an uproar. I wouldn't consider it a legitimate concern.

As of now, prices start in the low 700s-900s. We have already seen 5%+ appreciation in 2022 in Clark County, and you can check out the link below about what price forecasts look like for the next five years.
