I toured the new development on the hill in Washougal a few weeks ago. It is nice, but they should have spaced out the properties a bit more and included swimming pools. There are ample opportunities to swim during the warmer months. April through October. That neighborhood is definitely safe and secluded, though. No zombies making their way up there.

Also, you gotta worry about if all the bedrooms are upstairs for resale or for the house to keep it value anywhere it’s better to have an elevator in case someone’s old or case someone’s handicap

But you should’ve told us the size of the garage door opening how big is the garage door? Also the ceiling of the garage how tall is itand also how wide are the stairs if there is storage underneath the stairs?

@@U2tyube Thanks! It’s a two car. I don’t usually bring my tape measure when filming just when showing homes to clients-for the video people get a decent understanding of the layout. I can show any home if this one doesn’t fit someone’s lifestyle. Cheers
