The exterior landscaping is very minimalistic and elegant. I love the garage doors, they are unique and sleek. I like that you can't see into the garage, but you can see out. Thanks for taking off your shoes in the house, I thought it was a Canadian thing. The Bird of Paradise and the ficus lyrate accentuate the ceiling light. The heated covered outdoor patio is opulent and well planned. Nice clean and timeless kitchen, no comments on the gas stove ( to each their own). Sweet cabinetry overall. The stairs are elegant and fitting for the house. The bedroom ceiling height is perfect. The carpet, though, is not ideal for houses over a million dollars. I enjoyed seeing the laundry room upstairs. Overall a good build, would have loved to see the HVAC system, and also more information on the wall assembly of the house.
