Cambodian Waffle Recipe

Cambodian waffle is a dish made from leavened batter. It's quite easy to make at home. The taste is so good.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups [300ml] Coconut milk
2 Whole eggs
4 Tablespoon Palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup [85g] Rice flour
2/3 cup [85g] All purpose flour
Shredded coconut meat

I have a recipe for Cambodian waffles: deep fried in oil in a skillet, until it's crispy, with Wildflower honey, fill in all the holes, briskly sprinkle nutmeg Ginger clove and cinnamon. ENJOY!😊
