Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by Rockstar Games. The game is the third entry in the Red Dead series and a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption. The story is set in a fictionalized representation of the United States in 1899 and follows the exploits of outlaw Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang, who must deal with the decline of the Wild West whilst attempting to survive against government forces, rival gangs, and other adversaries. The game is presented through first- and third-person perspectives, and the player may freely roam in its interactive open world. Gameplay elements include shootouts, robberies, hunting, horseback riding, interacting with non-player characters, and maintaining the character's honor rating through moral choices and deeds. A bounty system governs the response of law enforcement and bounty hunters to crimes committed by the player.

7:57 Yes Cam really, it was Downes that got Arthur sick. Arthur came across him three times, the first two times he was coughing on Arthur but the final time was him coughing blood on Arthur during the mission on his Ranch. On your next playthrough don't break Micah out of Jail and don't do the mission for Strauss on Downes Farm. You won't progress with the story but you don't need to because you have already completed it, so all you should do now is explore every inch of the map without Arthur officially getting sick. If you want to return to Guarma, go outside the map and you will glitch into the town of Guarma, there are tutorials online.

Micah always behind Dutch like that weasel that won't go away lol. Love the slow mental decline of Dutch. Alot of people say it's taking the bump on the head form the Trolley accident, and then losing Hosea, his guaridan angel to keep him from going off the deep end, was the no going back point for Dutch in terms of everything.

Hey Cambonano. There are in total 4 missions with The Veteran (the one with pretty horse), I highly recommend you to do the last 4th mission after chapter 6.

Been following this playthrough since the beginning. It’s fascinating to see the way our reaction evolves as we play. To begin with it’s so impressive and exciting, the world is so vast and complex… then we reach chapters 4 to 6 and it becomes something so much bigger than a video game. It truly is a masterpiece.

My first play throughout took me 3 months, i was a teen and had nothing but gaming to so i binged the game, playing 6 hours a day at least and it still took me 3 full months. I would tell you not to worry about how long it is taking you to experience Arthurs journey, im loving every minute of it

It was so subtle and no one thought about what downes did to Arthur at that moment, some people would be like “oh he spit on Arthur” so what no big deal but turns out he passed down his sickness to Arthur as a way to damn him, Arthur’s fate was sealed ever since then. Well played rockstar. Edit: Strauss is 100% to blame, if it wasn’t for him sending Arthur to collect his dirty money he wouldn’t gotten sick.

Hi Cam, This is your playthrough, but I hope you take your time and enjoy as much as you can ( like the way you have been playing ). Lots of streamers put in many hours, and then the last chapter ( 8 ) they rush through the main missions, leaving so much unexplored. So glad you found Hamish. May I suggest ( up to you ), judging by your playthrough and the aspects that you love. save the fourth encounter with Hamish until the next chapter. You will appreciate the outcome even more. A hint for your new Electric Lantern, follow the red glow. The Fence will have the satchels available in the last chapter ( 8 ). Rockstar's way of giving the player incentive to do the hunting and crafting earlier in the game to have to best satchels. Leave it to Micah to ruin a girls serenade. Lol. If you get a chance to explore next episode, be sure to explore NW of Owanjila Lake. There are many things to see in this area.

Interesting fact: At the end of chapter 2 when Arthur and Charles go to find a new place to camp, Arthur says to Charles “there ain’t no way Dutch is just gonna hide away in a cave somewhere. Goes against everything he stands for”. Cue chapter 6 and where are they?

The "Amazing gun" is the volcanic Pistol my favorite Pistol/Revolver 😎

💯, me too. Volcanic is my main side arm purely from a power standpoint and I use High Velocity ammo to increase its range. The off hand side arm I go for is Schofield with Express Ammo or Semi Auto Pistol/M1899 with Express Ammo to increase their power. Also didn’t realise this til much later but if you’re dual wielding 2 pistols or 2 revolvers and using same ammo type, your ammo # decreases much faster so best to have Express ammo for 1 and High Velocity for the other so you’re not chewing through Ammo.

Yep, Thomas Downes was the cause of Arthur's TB. If you go back and watch the cutscene in that mission, he coughs blood in Arthur's face while getting beaten. That was the moment that sealed Arthur's fate.

i just did my second play though, i absolutely live this game. i cried... oh i cried... and i cried the second time... rdr2 is without a doubt the best game ever created. i wish they would make a live action of this. that would be amazing. that or someone play through the game to 100% and do a crap ton of editing to make a mini series with it.

If you havent done it allready you should check the ruined house where you met Abigale and Sadie (by the river) theres a small but Nice lort there. Also, Lenny's and Hosea's graves are close by. You might want to sell or stable your second horse. You'll need the space. And yeah....All the good things Arthur is doing now is the redemtion, right ?.

The scene with Strauss is differnt with Low Honour Arthur is more pissed off that they wasted gangs money rather then the lives he ruined. When Arthur gets one debts with high honour he will say seeing as im Here i will do what can for you but with low honour he will say i may as well protect the payment. So your actions in the world have consequences as to who Arthur becomes as a person.
