Can you explain why many words are in capital form?

These all are PROPER NOUNS. like name of Countries, languages, Cities, Rivers. Similarly here for different locations.

Residential Estate. Is it compulsory to write those words with the first letter in capital form?

How about mine? I need to achieve band 7 o(╥﹏╥)o ： The industrial region of the town Norbiton at present and its new layout in the future are illustrated in two maps respectively. In the first map, the land on the north side of the river is used to farm and plant crops. There are totally eight factories in this area, all of which are located in the south of the river, where many lands are still waited for exploitation. A main road goes through along the southern border, which is connected to a roundabout with 3 factories on the left side by a branch road. To the right of the roundabout, another branch road extends to the east part of the area, ending at a factory, while the remaining 4 factories are set at both sides of it with 2 of each side. However, we will witness a conspicuous change of this area as the factories will be replaced by housings as well as many other living facilities for residents. When you want to enter this area, you will first meet a new roundabout, where a medical center will be set at the northwest side. As you go further, the original branch can lead to a new school at the end and a playground on its north side right next to the river bank. If you go to another direction, a shop can be seen and a new branch to another residential neighborhood. Heading north, you can go across the river by a bridge before you approach another housing building. In sum, although the whole industrial area now is a little bit bleak, it will become crowded with people in the future where a bunch of new apartments and infrastructure will be constructed.

This task has good response and has good command on Vocabulary and grammar. Only exception is usage of informal language in 2nd body paragraph (we, you). Still this task has enough to score 7. Keep it up.

The first map illustrates the current layout of an industrial area of a town called Norbiton, while the second map depicts the proposed developments in the future. Overall, it is clear that, most of the houses have been replaced with residences and some facilities have been built. The most striking fact is that, it is planned to be demolish all the factories which were located in the different areas in Norbiton, and these spots are filled with houses. Additionally, it is proposed to construct a second roundabout in the south of the city. The main roundabout will be located in the same spot whereas some facilities are added near to it such things as shops and medical centre. In the north side of the city, the actual road is extended to the river side and a playgound is built. Also, in the far east of the area, it is proposed to build a school. Finally, the current roundabout which remained the same had another extension in the north-west direction and factories are build around it. this gets 6.5? you can say yes or no

Well, this is SATISFACTORY Task Response. Though, it tries to discuss all key features about all times, it has some GRAMMARTICAL ERRORS, removal of these can take this task to 7 but at present it can score 6 band.

Could you look st my answer and score it please 🥺🙏 The given maps illustrate the view of Norbiton industrial area as of now versus what it would potentially look like in the future. Overal, the future plan of the area comes with tremendous improvements and major additions such as a school, medical centre and innumerous houses. All the factories would be removed and instead houses will be constructed and distributed throughout the area, including one in the farmland. A new bridge will be constructed over the river, which will act as a connection between the town and farmland. The connectivity throughout the town will be enhanced by increasing the number of roads. The far east of the town will have a school and, a playground will be constructed adjacent to it on the left. An additional round-about will be constructed below the already existing one. On its right side a medical centre will be established while the left side will have shops.
