usually I work by myself, but that's after receiving a bit of training from my supervisor! I can only talk about what I do on a more surface level but not so much the exact experimental process 😅

I don't lead a project of my own and when I first started I did not have enough lab experience. Though some biotech companies whos RAs do something similar to me could be called a Researcher, it depends on the place and the title they're willing to give you.
