I enjoy listening to your blog! It takes me back to my university days (Cornell), when I studied engineering and physical sciences. (So I can relate to what you're going through course-wise more directly than some of your other viewers.) But more importantly, I think that you have a great attitude about balancing course work with sports and other activities. Despite the difficulty of your chosen curriculum, you are a good example to anyone of how to have a well-rounded 'uni' experience. Entering 3rd year law soon. I just had a similar conversation with my sister: "Am I learning anything? I feel like I know nothing..." Academic life is very different from the real world. You might use a smidgen of what you learnt and find that picking up knowledge as you go along your career path takes precedence over what you learnt in school. Legally, I find developing critical reasoning skills overshadows all else - the ability to make an argument for or against. Remembering case law isn't important at all if you don't know how to use it :) I think of university as a "pre-job practical" where tests, assignments, essays etc. are obstacles used to determine if this is the field for you. Ultimate question-do you love what you study even though it's stressful/annoying/something else? Love for your subject keeps your interested even when sh*t hits the fan.

Yes to lower your bike seat you need an allen key. You would use it to turn the bolt in the bottom part of your seat post. The part you were pointing at is part of your reflector, so you would need to loosen the bolt on the section, which is a little bit under the reflector.

May Week is coming to an end and May Ball fireworks can be heard through open windows at home in North Cambridge. Just as I'm wishing I could be 20 and do it all again, Paige and Astrid post videos reminding me I'm quite happy I never have to do an exam again, thank you very much. With O-levels, A-levels and Part 1A, work hard and revise and you'll be ready for whatever the exam throws at you but Part 1B (Paige's current exams) is the first exam to break these rules. However hard you revise, when you reach this point you feel that whatever you're working on today is just pushing something you revised a month ago out of your head and so consequently it's just luck which subjects come up. Best of retrospective luck to you all. Henry's absolutely right about Latin GCSE, by the way; it was probably my favourite non-science subject.

Hi, I’m going to lots of uni open days at the moment and I’ll be going to oxford in a couple of weeks. Just wondering whether there was something that made Cambridge click for or had you always liked the look of it? Also, is there anything you don’t like about Oxbridge that other universities do better? (Oxbridge stands out as quite different from the majority of other unis). Good luck with exams!

Cambridge is a beautiful city, the teaching system and quality is amazing, and they really look after us well - meals made for us in cafeteria and also have a cleaner! I haven't experienced any other universities so I can't really comment on how they compare but I'm loving Cambridge :) I guess the only drawback is that it can be a bit stressful at times, and the workload is not to be underestimated! In my opinion it's all worth it though, the good times outweigh the bad and I'm learning so much
