Only because the new wheels don't match with blue color of the car that well. On a white/black/grey car they would look absolutely amazing.

That last exhaust setup sounds incredible, it almost sounds like a 6 cylinder maybe even a V8 at times, the turbo muffler delete is all this car needs now!

I'm building a 09 Audi A4 2.0t it's putting out about 650hp i added a AWE downpipe and dual exhaust and the sound is incredible! Everyone thinks it's a V8 or V6 under the hood can't believe it's 4 banger..lol...love the videos guys

That was most likely lubricant on that spare key, I’ve seen that on many brand new keys from brand new cars haha

Lubricant yes, when you need to use key it lubricates the lock itself also...

Yeah. its the same on my Cupra key, it builds up gunk over time, when I had the car from brand new there was nothing on it, then one day i took t out to find yellow greasy gunk on it

That grease on the key is SUPPOSED to be there. It’s there so you can always remove it if you need it AND it’ll line the door lock internal mechanism. Ear wax… 🤦‍♂️

Went through 3-4 diffferent turbo backs for my mk6 Gti and yet far the best sound I found was the Milltek race TBE with at. Plus the two little resonators after the rear axle y split helped the rear end look that much better.

As a MK8 (GTI tho) owner myself: The previous owner severely mistreated this rather expensive car... oof. Also 7:11 Yep, when you floor the pedal you feel a certain resistance towards the very end and then a soft bump or "click" which basically means 100% full throttle. This is also what activates the kickdown I believe.

Press the R mode on the wheel it activates engine mode and gives it more response

Not sure what you’re talking about. The DSG is always active / prevalent. It just changes the shift points.

It goes from Sport Modus to Race Modus. Maybe the DSG shifting changes but it still works.😊

ngl but I never thought these rims would fit this car so well! I own a Golf 8 Club Sport. I'm thinking about buying these rims for the winter season. The saddest thing about the whole thing: I actually had exactly the same rims on my S3 a few years ago.

Truly fantastic video. Most people would break this into 3. Couple of things. Ceramic coating should be done on a stripped paint finish, shouldn't it? You polished it before coating it. You should strip the paint with alcohol before. Putting on larger rotors with the stock calipers. The pad sweep would be for the smaller rotors. More money, but an APR or Wilwood rotor and caliper upgrade would be money well spent. Really curious about the bolt on stiffeners for the chassis. Would be curious about the impact on a stock car.

27:01 …After adding the turbo back/ downpipe did you tune the car or go to a different tune ? Are you able to run the car without a tune.. without getting a check engine light ? Thanks

Yeah this catback doesn’t give you an engine light. Even on stock tune. It has a 034 stage 1 ECU tune only

You definitely want to tune the car after installing a downpipe. You'll most likely get a check engine light if you don't, plus you'll need the tune to get the full power gains.

be careful with that billet oil filter housing. I had one on my GTI and sliced the hell out of my finger when trying to put on the rubber seal. I ran my finger along the threads and they those treads are super sharp. otherwise, it was a really cool piece.
