It depends on where you applied from John. If out of Cameroon, you will be required to send your original receipt, a return (special delivery) envelope, and a written and signed letter authorizing the High Commission to send your passport to you. If a 3rd party collecting, they will be required to have a certified signed letter of authorization. If collecting from Cameroon, you'll have to collect yourself

Cameroon IDs can be done for kids of any age. Atleast 1 parental consent required to process the ID.

Just fill it out. it doesn't matter where or when you plan to travel . For sure you plan to travel out someday that's why u need a passport.

You can only renew your passport in Cameroon if you are in Cameroon and have a passport appointment scheduled in Cameroon. You'll also need to have a valid Cameroon NIC (ID). You can't do this remotely.
