Now that is a gorgeous section of Camino. So much to see and experience: a lotta water (evidently “refreshing”), some kayakkerz, mountains and dams and tunnels, with and w/o cows, an ornery bull, and un pueblo fantasma español? And beautiful, welcoming locals. Once again, thanks and👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 for a well done and informative video.

Glad you enjoyed it. It was one of our favorite routes, for sure! Thanks so much for watching. ❤

Beautiful video and I needed that poem today. Thank you! ❤I was in that area of Spain over 10 years ago and also remember Riaño being nearly empty of people. It was so nice to see that it is still that way...I hope. 👍

Thank you! We loved the poetry along the trail. Riaño felt pretty sleepy but on Sunday morning, a surprising amount of people were out!

This is a truly special Camino. What the Del Norte is to the ocean this route is to the mountains. Thanks for enlightening us to this magnificent route.

Qué envidia me dais, qué Camino más bonito y qué vídeos más espectaculares hacéis. Disfruto mucho viéndolos. Y otra cosa, veo que vuestra forma física es casi tan grande como vuestra simpatía. Buen Camino.

You guys do the Camino very often. Do you own or rent in Orense?
@DaysWeSpend4 ай бұрын
We rent. 😊
@armandodiaz34854 ай бұрын
@@DaysWeSpend thanks! We’re considering visiting Ourense in October/November. Probably AirBnB. Are things like groceries, bars/restaurants in walking distance or is a car rental a necessity? Plan on flying to Madrid from Miami then taking a train to Ourense.
@DaysWeSpend4 ай бұрын
We don’t own a car. We walk everywhere. But it also depends on which neighborhood you live in.
