I find the first entry to be the hardest, odd! I always get stuck on the twirl around part. For the second and third entry though, I had no problem following and got them in on the first try. 😂

Hey .. I am just not able to twirl around, do I need to apply strength, coz I just vant twirl ,

Well keep on trying until you get the technique behind it 😊 there is not as much strength as more swing motion to twirl or revolve around, hope that helps☺️

Can you be more specific which part you’re talking about? ☺️ or you mean in general turning upside down in inverted straddle position from any of the entries?

@@CamiYogAIR the backwards after the crossbacks…at the end of all of the entries

@@eviboukoumani7011 you need to slightly pull up and then press away from the silk while lifting your legs and then pelvis up to turn upside down, takes quite a lot of strength😅 you can try my strength related classes to prepare for crossback straddle inversion or slow down this video 😊
