Thanks! Very precise and well guided tutorial. Thanks also for splitting your tutorial into “drills”. One often forgets the intermediate steps to master a pose! Looking forward to the next one! Ps: having the phone nearby is a very good advice... I’ve experienced once (not for this pose, though) being stuck in my fabric and I don’t recommend it...

Thank you. Coordination is not my greatest strength and I need to learn routines slowly, so I really like the pace and the way its all broken down into bite-sized pieces. I would find it easier if you could mirror us though.

I LOVE your videos! Thank you SO SO MUCH! I’ve been doing silks training on and off for a few years with a group in my town. I have just set up my own rig at home and first time ever using them in a hammock set up. Thank you so much for your videos it has helped me so much with furthering my skills at home while we are in another lockdown.

I have been practicing hoop for the past 2 years but hammock is a different animal.These basic shapes and movements are very good for acclimating to fabric and build conditioning. I am adjusting for one-point hammock which there are very few tutorials with this much detail. Thanks!!💕

I like how you stress body awareness it’s not necessarily common sense especially for someone like me who was out of shape

i just learned my cross back straddle last week. does that make me intermediate?
@ilikechickenwingsyay2 жыл бұрын
Also STRAIGHT legs is a huge key to doing it! if your legs aren't straight, it doesn't work guys :)
