I'd take a slightly longer bubble cool down to have armor of light, actually do something in the bubble. I'm fine with weapons of light being moved to helm. In D1, you had to choose from armor of light or weapons of light in the skill nodes. But you SHOULD be a tank in the bubble, it's the only true tank class for Titans.

All they needed to do was increase bubbles cooldown and lower weapons of lights dmg bonus to like 10-15% instead of 25%. Well still comes back faster, gives 25% weapon buff without an exotic, has a larger radius and you can shoot through it

Collective Obligation is the perfect “what if” power fantasy weapon, and of the best looking exotics. I got the ornament for Bright Dust when it came, but I never had the weapon drop 😅

With mask this nerf is canceled out slightly because you get the 100hp but then mask always fills up the last 1/3rd if hp so basically 200 health on kill in total 0:25

Since CO doesn’t need kills to charge the damage boost from Void Leech, wouldn’t it also be viable to just tag enemies w/ a controlled demolition Shield Throw? You could even toss in Second Chance for some extra weaken if true.

Bungie said that a catalyst for CO is unlikely, especially since the weapon is incredibly powerful if used correctly. The weapon isn't meant to be a build on its own, its more meant to elevate any void builds you may have. Not to mention it meant to be used more in PvE hence the PvE exclusive damage buff on void leech. That is to say, its powerful enough as it is now, you just have to find the right use case for it.

I run this with an adagio crimils and echo of vigilance. Kill at low health gives me about 100 hp, overshield, crimil’s takes me off radar, and then I can go around 2 tapping.

11:56 I mean it’s the only super in the game that doesn’t have to be respected. That’s why it’s too weak. It means literally nothing when it gets popped. The utility isn’t offered by the super itself but by the grenade refill on cast. It’s essentially a big bastion barricade on a super cooldown. It’s terrible. Like when I see a bubble get placed I don’t go “oh there’s a bubble on an objective”. I go “that titan has his grenade back”. I don’t think they should walk back the nerfs but make it give a faster overshield regen than the barricade

You can get devour on all classes. Plus, devour benefits are basically doubled on warlock. Makes for good build crafting in PvE imo
